Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Runs daily at 09:00 UTC and on manual dispatch. Compares the pinned submodule SHA against upstream develop, diffs the three paths we care about (Flyway migrations, entities, repositories), and creates a GitHub issue assigned to binarymelon with a structured checklist and collapsible diff when relevant changes are found. Duplicate detection prevents a new issue being opened if one for the same upstream SHA is already open.
